PUBLIC NOTICE - PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION PROPOSED REZONING

The Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of New Melle will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. regarding the application from Luciann Lisi Hruza and Sanford Sachtleben to rezone 5.5 acres from R1-A (Single-Family Residential District) to AG (Agricultural) and 5 acres from Parks and Recreation to AG (Agricultural), a total of 10.50 acres, for property located at 554 Foristell Rd., Wentzville, MO 63385. See Legal Description Below. The Public Hearing will be held at City Hall, 145 Almeling Street, New Melle, Missouri 63365. All interested persons may provide comment during the Public Hearing.
