HOME-ARP Citizen Participation Hearing
The American Rescue Plan (ARP) provides $5 billion to assist individuals or households who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, and other vulnerable populations, by providing housing, rental assistance, supportive services, and non-congregate shelter, to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability across the country. These grant funds will be administered through HUD’s HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).
The Urban County and City of O’Fallon were notified that they will receive HOME-ARP funds in the amount of $1,467,362 and $338,622 respectively. These funds will need to benefit the residents of Urban County (the Cities of St. Peters, St. Charles, Lake Saint Louis, Cottleville, Wentzville, Weldon Spring, Augusta, St. Paul, Dardenne Prairie, and unincorporated areas of St. Charles County) and the City of O’Fallon.
